Over three days, 47 delegates embarked on a journey not only to become leaders but to become trainers who could guide others with confidence, skill, and heart—the largest gathering ever in JCI Philippine Area 4.

Guided by Head Trainer Marc Padilla and supported by NSDD Leni Heaven Peñaflorida and ASDD Mar Go, delegates were immersed in mentorship at every turn. Assistant trainers NC Grant Amoncio, Pres. Michelle Sanchez, and ASDD Kieffer Buenaflor, along with facilitators EVP Kurt Alinsog, LSDD Jerry Bual, and RSDD-CV Warren Flores, modeled how to coach, support, and inspire others, turning every session into a lesson in leadership in action. Their presence provided a steady compass for delegates, who navigated the challenges of becoming trainers themselves—an experience that demanded both skill and heart.

Merry Trivia Night closed Day 1 on a high note, fostering laughter, friendly competition, and fellowship that connected delegates in a playful, memorable way. On the second day, Grabay Deliver served as a Valentine’s Day treat and a gentle reminder of support, helping delegates recover from the late-night energy while applying their newly learned skills in an immersive and meaningful way. Through these moments, the Merry Men brand guided the spirit of Gabay Visayas, ensuring the event was not only a training program but a vibrant, welcoming experience full of connection, joy, and inspiration.
